Super-Flexible Marketing Teams
Early Registration ends Tuesday, October 16
Business enterprises are radically overhauling their core practices in the post-digital era. Marketing organizations must become super-flexible, in order to thrive -- or at least survive -- in volatile environments. Super-flexibility refers to the ability to be agile and versatile, like an entrepreneurial company, coupled with the capacity to remain robust and resilient, much like an established enterprise. Super-flexible marketing teams move swiftly, manage for the moment and ride successive waves of technological innovation, while providing a few enduring anchors of stability and cohesion.
Join us for an enlightening discussion, as we discover how to build Super-Flexible marketing teams with UC Berkeley Professor Dr. Homa Bahrami, co-author of "Super-Flexibility for Knowledge Enterprises," David Roman, VP of Worldwide Communications, HP's Personal Systems Group and Brian Gentile, EVP and CMO, Informatica.
